1. The Promoter

The promoter is Plan My Event, operating at planmyevent.com.au in Australia.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.
• One entry per person (based on unique account).

3. Promotion Period

Entry opens on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 December 2026.

4. How to Enter

To receive one entry, participants must complete all three of the following during the Promotion Period using the Plan My Event platform at planmyevent.com.au:

1. Create a free account at planmyevent.com.au
2. Send at least one online invitation using the Plan My Event invitation feature
3. Send at least one enquiry to a vendor through the Plan My Event messaging system

All actions must be completed through the planmyevent.com.au platform to be eligible. External messages or invitations sent outside the platform do not qualify.

No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.

5. Prize

• One (1) x $100 AUD prepaid gift card (digital/online)
• Total prize pool: $100 AUD
• Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash

6. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
• Draw will take place on or around 15 January 2027.
• The draw will be conducted electronically.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.
• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be drawn.
• The winner's first name and state may be published on the Plan My Event website and social media.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and will not be sold to third parties.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
• The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with any third-party platform.
