Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. We never take a cut of your earnings. You pay a flat subscription fee — all bookings and payments between you and your client are yours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then downgrades to Free.
What happens to my listing if I downgrade?
Your listing stays live but reverts to Free limits — 1 photo, 5 enquiries, no management tools. Your data is kept and restored if you upgrade again.
How do customers find me?
Customers search by category (DJ, Photographer, Caterer, etc.) and location. Premium vendors appear first. You can also share your profile QR code or link.
Is my phone number or email shown publicly?
No. All communication happens through our enquiry system. Your contact details are never shown publicly on your profile.
What's included in the QR code generator?
Free vendors get a profile QR. Standard adds enquiry, deals, and WiFi QR codes with custom colours. Premium unlocks custom URL and contact card (vCard) QR codes.
What is the CRM?
A built-in business management tool. Track leads through a pipeline, send professional proposals and contracts, issue invoices (Australian format with ABN), manage projects with tasks, and automate workflows. Standard gets basic CRM with limits, Premium gets the full suite with automations, questionnaires, and inventory.
How do invoices work?
Create invoices with your business name, ABN, line items, and payment terms. Click "Mark Ready" to get a shareable link. Send it via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Your client views it online — no login needed. Track when they view it and mark as paid. Premium vendors can download as PDF.
Do clients need an account to view invoices or sign contracts?
No. Everything is via shareable links. Clients open the link, view the document, and can accept proposals or sign contracts — all without creating an account.
